What is Online Personal Training?

Online Personal Training provides you with the opportunity to do your workouts on your own time. I will work with you to create a personalized workout program to fit your needs and goals. You will receive your program through a mobile app that allows you to track your workouts and nutrition. Or if you prefer, you can receive your program through email. Video instruction is also provided for each exercise. Weekly consultations take place through video chat to discuss progress, program changes or modifications, and address any questions you may have. 

What are the advantages to Online Personal Training?

You can workout anytime, anywhere, without worrying about missing scheduled appointments or traveling somewhere inconvenient. There is no requirement to join a gym or purchase equipment. Workouts can be designed using whatever equipment you have available. Also, the cost of online personal training is a fraction of the cost of in-person training. 

Who is it for?

Anyone! Whether you're just starting out or already include exercise in your regular routine, programs can be designed to fit whatever level you are at. I will work with you one-on-one to make sure that your personalized program meets your needs and lifestyle to achieve your goals.

How much does it cost?

While live personal training can be quite costly at rates averaging around $50-$60 per hour, online training can be a great cost savings at $10/week. This includes your personalized workouts, access for tracking workouts and nutrition, and weekly 1:1 consultations via skype (also available through the app).
