I don't know about you, but I'm an emotional eater. It's my biggest health struggle, and I battle with it constantly. Working out? No problem! But health is so much more than exercise.

The 2B Mindset was created by Ilana Muhlstein, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who has extensive experience in her own life as well as helping others conquer emotional eating.
